This policy explains how ACIX (“the Site”) operated by ACIX collects, uses, and protects your personal data. We collect the minimum necessary data and do not sell your data to anyone.
1. Data we collect
- During registration: first name, last name, email, phone number, country, date of birth, and password (stored hashed and cannot be read).
- When in use: the recommendations you requested and your risk settings, simulated trades, your questions to the smart assistant, your comments, and support tickets.
- For paid subscriptions: the network transaction number, and a transfer image if you uploaded one. We do not collect or keep card details.
- When linking Telegram: the chat ID specified by Telegram to send alerts, and your email if you choose email alerts.
- When subscribing to the newsletter: your email, after confirming via the link we send you.
- Automatically from the browser: the page title you visit, the referring page, device type and browser and operating system (summarized to general names), and the approximate country/region/city inferred by the hosting provider from the connection address. The connection address (IP) itself is not stored in the visit log; it is transformed into a day-to-day fingerprint that cannot be reverse-engineered to count unique visitors.
2. Why we use it and on what basis
- Providing service and managing your account and package (contract execution between us).
- Send the recommendations and alerts you requested (fulfillment of the contract; and you can stop them at any time).
- Prevent abuse, fraud, duplicate accounts, and protect the site (our legitimate interest).
- Measuring and improving site use via aggregated statistics (our legitimate interest, and your consent where required by law for external measurement tools).
- Responding to your messages and support tickets (contract performance or our legitimate interest).
- Compliance with law and accounting (legal obligation).
- Newsletter subscription (your consent, and unsubscribe link in every message).
3. Cookies and local storage
We use essential cookies for site operation that do not require consent, and optional measurement cookies only when the external measurement tool is enabled by the site operator.
- bsr_at and bsr_rt: entry session (one hour / 30 days). Required.
- bsr_did: A random browser identifier (year) used to prevent duplicate accounts and drain of the free trial; it identifies a browser, not a person. Required.
- bsr_theme: Preference for light or dark mode. Functional.
- acix_lang: The language you selected. Functional.
- Browser local storage: your in-app settings (provider, pairs, risk), and a temporary session ID for counting sessions that is deleted when the tab is closed.
- Google Analytics (_ga and similar): only when the site widget enables Google's measurement tool; Google posts its files according to its policy, and you can block it from browser settings or by adding a tracker blocker.
You can delete these files or block them from your browser settings; blocking essential files prevents login.
4. With whom we share your data
We do not sell or rent your data. We share it only with processors who handle it on our behalf and under our instructions, and to the extent necessary for the service.
- Supabase: database, authentication, and file storage (transfer images in a private store readable only via temporary links).
- Vercel: hosting the site and its distribution network; infers the approximate country and city from the connection address.
- OpenAI and Anthropic: AI models that generate content and answer your questions for the assistant. What you send to the assistant or write in a support ticket may be processed to handle it, in accordance with their API terms that do not use customer data to train their models.
- Telegram: to deliver alerts linked to your account.
- Mail provider: to send confirmation messages, alerts, and newsletters.
- Google Analytics: enabled for visit statistics.
We may also disclose data if required by law or requested by an competent authority, or to protect our rights or users' safety.
5. International shipping
Our providers operate in data centers that may be outside your country (often in the EU and the United States). We choose providers that adhere to recognized security standards and only share what is necessary to deliver the service.
6. Retention period
- Account data: while the account remains active, it will be deleted within 30 days of the closure request, except as required to be kept by law.
- Payment records and transfer proofs: the duration required by financial and accounting laws, then they are deleted.
- Support tickets and messages: kept for up to two years after closure.
- Visit log: in a condensed form that does not identify you, aggregated for statistics.
- Duplicate account fingerprints: linking by contact address is discarded after 30 days; the browser ID remains in your browser until you delete it.
7. Your rights
Under your country’s law, you have the right to:
- Review your data and obtain a copy.
- Corrective.
- Delete it (close account).
- Object to processing based on legitimate interests, or to restrict it.
- Export your data in a machine-readable format.
- Withdraw your consent at any time (newsletter, alerts) without affecting the above.
- Submit a data protection complaint in your country.

8. Security
All connections pass through HTTPS, passwords are stored in hashed form, payment proofs are in a secure store, and administrative access is restricted. No security is ever perfect; if we learn of a breach affecting your data, we will notify you and the authorities as required by law.
9. Minors
Service for individuals 18 and older. We do not deliberately collect data from those under that age, and if we learn of a minor account we close it and delete its data.
10. Modifications
We may update this policy. The last update date appears at the top of the page, and major changes are announced on the site or by email.
