1. Eligibility
- You must have completed 18 years and be legally eligible to contract.
- Use of this type of service must be lawful in your country of residence; you are responsible for verifying that.

2. Nature of service

3. Account
- You commit to providing correct and up-to-date data during registration, and to keeping your password confidential. Everything done from your account is your responsibility.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
- We may refuse registration, suspend the account, or close it for violation of these terms or suspicion of misuse or fraud.
4. Free trial and packages
The free plan offers a limited number of recommendations within a time window. The free trial is counted per person, not per account: accounts sharing the same browser or same connection address within a short period share one trial experience to prevent waste by duplicate accounts.
Paid plans offer higher benefits and limits as outlined on the pricing page, for a limited period from activation. We may adjust plan features or prices for new subscriptions; an active plan retains its features until its term ends.
5. Payment
- Payment in cryptocurrencies to the wallet shown on the checkout page, and plans are priced in US dollars.
- The package is activated after the team verifies the transfer on the network, usually within hours of sending the transaction number or transfer image.
- You are responsible for choosing the correct network and the correct amount; transfers to an incorrect network or address are non-refundable.
- No auto-renewal and no payment method retained; renewal by a new transfer when you choose.
6. Refund and cancellation
Cryptocurrency conversions are final by nature. If we are unable to activate the plan or provide service during its term for reasons on us, we will refund the paid amount or extend the plan for the downtime, at your choice. The amount is not refundable after activation and use begins, or when closing the account for violating these terms.
You can stop using the service at any time; there is no financial obligation since there is no automatic renewal.
7. Acceptable use
You are blocked from:
- Reposting recommendations, analyses, or reviews or selling them or offering them as a service to others, under your name or someone else's.
- Access the site or its interfaces by automated means (like crawling or scraping) or bypassing usage limits or protective measures.
- Creating multiple accounts to evade the free trial or a prior suspension.
- Using the site for any activity against the law or to harm others or the site.
- Publish abusive or misleading content in comments or support tickets.
8. Intellectual property
The site and its content (text, analyses, recommendations, design, branding, and code) are owned by ACIX or its licensors, and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your personal non-commercial purposes. Short quotes are allowed with source and page link.
What you publish on the site (comments, messages) remains yours, and you grant us the right to display it on the site. Do not send what you do not have the right to publish.
9. Third-party links and trading companies
The site contains links to brokers and external sites that we do not own or control. Your relationship with any broker is a contract between you and them; verify their licensing and terms before depositing. We may earn referral commissions if you open an account via our links, as described in Disclaimer.
10. Disclaimers
