  • Request a recommendation on the instrument itself Every 30 minutes On the frame 15m. The engine only reads closed candles, so repeated requests within a minute read the same data.
  • Best timing: liquidity windows — London session 10:00–13:00 · London/New York overlap 15:30–18:30. Outside of it, delayed recommendations are more common because movement is weak.
  • Time frame 15d is the most suitable for most traders1d and 5d faster but louder, and 1s slower and steadier to the target.
  • «No recommendation» is a valid result No outage. Click “When do I enter?” to know the missing condition and when it’s reviewed.
  • Do not request before the red news by 15 minutes or after. — The engine intentionally rejects inside the blackout window, and the subsequent check reads the real market reaction.

How do trade recommendations work on ACIX?

ACIX recommendations are not opinion or guesswork. A technical analysis engine examines the asset you choose on three timeframes simultaneously, measuring trend, market structure, momentum, volatility, support and resistance levels, then reviews the economic calendar and liquidity hours before stating its verdict.

When conditions are met you get a complete recommendation: the trend, entry area, stop loss behind the market structure, a ladder of targets, and risk-reward ratio calculated after deducting the spread. Then AI reviews the entire file with news and live web research, and may amend or reject the recommendation.

When the conditions are not complete, the engine refrains from issuing a recommendation and explains why and when it is worth rechecking. You can also request an alert that notifies you when conditions are fulfilled.

Are trading recommendations guaranteed?

No. Every recommendation is a forecast based on technical analysis, statistics, and news, and is not a profit guarantee or direct investment advice. Trading with leverage involves high risk; the decision to enter and the trade size is yours.

On which timeframes do the recommendations operate?

Choose your entry frame: 1 minute, 5 minutes, 15 minutes, or 1 hour. With each check, the engine reads two higher frames for context, so do not issue a buy recommendation on a small frame that goes against a clear trend on the larger frame without considering it.

Why does the engine sometimes refuse to give a recommendation?

Because restraint is part of discipline. The market is closed, or there is imminent news, or the achievable target does not justify the risk, or the frames conflict. Rejection comes with its reason and the time when you should recheck.

Do I need a subscription to get recommendations?

You need an account. The free plan allows a limited number of recommendations, and paid packages raise the limit and unlock other tools like the Auto Radar.
